  • 🔹 When to Enter a Trade Only enter a trade when the graph is green. This means the market is going up and it’s safe to ride the wave. If the graph turns red 🚨, it means the market is going down – entering during red may lead to a loss.
  • 🔹 After You Enter You must wait 10 seconds ⏱️ before you’re allowed to sell your trade and take your profit or cut your loss. If you don’t sell manually, your trade will auto-sell after 60 seconds (1 minute).

Can I try it for free?

Yes, when logged out you have access to the demo mode with funds that you can use to trade and horn your skills.

I have not received the password reset code on my phone

This most probably means that the message was blocked by your phone. It will normally be under your blocked/spam sms folder.

Error: The username has already been taken

This means that someone else has already registered with the username you are trying to use. Make it unique by adding digits. For example "Kelvo22".

Error: Login Failed, User not found! Please Sign Up!

This error means that you are either not yet registered or you have entered an incorrect phone number. If you are trying to register, click on the "Not yet registered? Sign Up" option. It's right below the login button

ERROR: Minimum of 3 characters. No spaces!

This error occurs when your username has spaces in it or is less than three characters. Remove all spaces and ensure you have more than three characters. We recommend you stick to alphabetical characters and digits when coming up with a username.

Error: Must be a valid phone number.

Your number has to be a valid Kenyan starting with +254 kenyan code and followed by 9 digits. Note that the initial "0" is not supposed to be included. For example, if your number is 0712 123 123. You should input +254 712 123 123
